Payment Policy

Orders are processed in United States dollars (USD). The payment methods currently available for a specific order are displayed on the secure checkout page. A method that is not offered at checkout is not available for that order.

Secure checkout

Payments are submitted through the store's secure checkout system and processed by the applicable payment provider. Nalgene does not view or store a customer's complete card number.

Order totals and authorization

The final checkout page controls the product subtotal, discounts, applicable taxes, and any shipping charge. A payment method may be authorized when the order is placed and charged according to the checkout and order-processing flow. A bank or provider may decline or review a transaction.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method as described in the Refund Policy. Processing and posting times can differ by bank or payment provider.
