These Terms govern use of nalganem.shop and purchases from Nalgene. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and applicable United States law.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account.

Products, pricing, inventory, and orders

We aim to describe Nalgene products accurately, but screen colors and presentation can vary. Prices are shown in USD. Availability, discounts, taxes, and shipping charges are confirmed at checkout. We may correct errors, limit quantities, reject fraudulent or unlawful orders, or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled; any captured amount for a cancelled order will be handled through the original payment method.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, upload malicious code, scrape or access the service without authorization, violate law, infringe rights, or use the service for fraud.

Intellectual property

Site text, design, graphics, and other protected material belong to their respective owners and may not be copied or exploited without permission. Product and company names remain the property of their respective owners.
